Panasonic Ratti Chhatr Scholarship 2026-27
The Panasonic-Ratti Chhatr Scholarship 2026-27 is an initiative launched by Panasonic Life Solutions India (PLSIND) to support aspiring engineering students in India as they pursue higher education. This program offers annual financial assistance of INR 70,250 to first-year B.E./B.Tech students from low-income families who have been admitted to any Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). Scholarship support will be provided until 2028, with the possibility of an extension.

- Open to students across India who have cleared the entrance test for B.E./B.Tech. programs and are enrolled in the first year at any IIT for the academic year 2026-27.
- Must have cleared Class 12 with more than 75% marks.
- Annual family income must be INR 8,00,000 or less from all sources.
- Applicable only for students of the 2026-27 batch.
- Children of employees of Buddy4Study and Panasonic are not eligible.
Note:
- Preference will be given to candidates belonging to Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category.
- Students must have an admission letter and first-semester fee receipt to be eligible for this scholarship
Selected students will receive a scholarship of INR 70,250 per year.

- Marksheet of Class 12 (2025-26 Batch)
- Government-issued identity proof (Masked Aadhaar card/Voter ID/Driving Licence/PAN card)
- Admission letter from the IIT
- First-semester fee receipt
- Proof of family income — any one of the following:
- Form 16 (if salaried)
- Income certificate issued by a government authority
- Salary slips (last 3 months)
- Income Tax Return (ITR) statement
- Bank account details of the applicant
- Recent passport-sized photograph of the applicant
Note:
- Applicants must submit both the admission letter and first-semester fee receipt to be considered eligible.
- Preference will be given to candidates from the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category.
