ONGC Foundation Scholarship Scheme 2025-26

  • Not be more than 30 years of age as of 1st August 2025
  • Be enrolled in one of the following courses: 
    • Engineering
    • MBBS
    • MBA
    • Master’s degree in Geology or Geophysics
  • have secured a minimum of 60% marks or 6.0 OGPA/CGPA on a 10-point scale in the previous qualifying examination
  • fulfil the below income criteria:
    • For the General and Other Backwards Classes (OBC) category: Less than ₹2,00,000 from all sources
    • For the Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST) category: Less than ₹4,50,000 from all sources

Note:- Only full-time regular courses approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)/Medical Council of India (MCI)/University Grants Commission (UGC)/Association of Indian Universities/State Education Boards/State Government/Central Government are eligible.

  • The selected candidates will receive a scholarship of ₹48,000 per annum.

    Note:-

    • Students must have an active bank account to receive the award.
    • The scholarship amount shall be paid on an annual basis after the completion of the academic year. It will be deposited directly into the bank account of the student through the ECS facility.
    • Image of the applicant
    • Certified copy of caste certificate in Hindi/English
    • Copy of birth certificate/Class 10 marksheet as proof of age
    • Copy of Class 12 marksheet in case of Engineering/MBBS students
    • Copy of consolidated Graduation marksheet in case of MBA/Master’s in Geology/Geophysics students
    • Certified copy of the annual income certificate of the family in Hindi/English
    • Bank details of the applicant in the ECS form attested by the bank as prescribed
    • Copy of PAN card or the tentative date for submission of PAN card copy (in case, original is not available)
    • Copy of College/Institution ID
    • Copy of Colleges/Institution Admission Receipt
    • Copy of declaration from college/institution
    • Copy of undertaking of the applicant

    Note:- All PDFs/images/documents must be uploaded in JPEG/JPG/PNG format and smaller than 200 KB in size.
