Aspire Leaders Program 2026

  • Applicants must fall under the age group of 18 to 29 years
  • Open to students from limited-income households or all first-generation students
  • Participants who are enrolled in or have completed any college program from any field of study are eligible

Personal and Professional Development: The program is designed to help participants develop key leadership skills by fostering essential leadership qualities, including:

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strategic communication and effective collaboration
  • Navigating complex situations and making sound, ethical decisions
  • Leading with empathy, purpose, and integrity

Build a Global Network: Participants will have the opportunity to connect with a diverse cohort of like-minded students from across the globe who share similar backgrounds and aspirations. The program facilitates:

  • A supportive community where participants can share challenges, experiences, and successes
  • Collaborative learning opportunities through peer-to-peer interaction
  • The potential to form lifelong professional and personal connections that can be valuable throughout their careers​​​​​

Resume and Portfolio building: The program equips participants with the tools and techniques to make them stand out in the job market. This includes:

  • Developing valuable skills that will be recognized by employers
  • Gaining hands-on experience that strengthens their professional portfolio

Free Access to Harvard Study Modules: Participants will be granted exclusive access to Harvard’s career-ready materials and other valuable resources, helping them gain an edge in their professional development.

Live Interactive Masterclasses: Virtual sessions will be conducted by renowned faculty members from Harvard University and other world-class institutions, offering participants access to top-tier academic knowledge and expertise.

Certificate of Completion: Upon successful completion of the two modules, participants will receive a certificate of completion signed by Harvard faculty.

Grant and Mentorship Opportunities: Participants can apply for seed funding, academic grants and other scholarships of up to INR 1,00,000 to launch initiatives that have the potential to create a positive social impact in their communities or regions. To be eligible for this funding, students must submit a project proposal outlining their initiative and also complete the Aspire Leaders Program.
