Schaeffler India Hope Engineering Scholarship Program 2026
The Schaeffler India Hope Engineering Scholarship Program 2026 extends financial assistance to female engineering students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, facilitating their pursuit of education. This scholarship program was established in 2019. With a strong emphasis on inclusion in the engineering sector, the initiative is open to first-year female engineering students across India, with special consideration given to students with disabilities (PwD). Selected candidates will get financial assistance of INR 50,000 per year, along with mentorship support from Schaeffler India professionals, enabling them to excel academically and grow into the next generation of engineering leaders.

- Open to female students across India enrolled in the first year of an engineering program at any UGC/state/AICTE-recognised college.
- Applicants must have secured at least 60% marks in Class 12 (Science stream) in the academic year 2025-26. For PwD applicants, the minimum required marks are 40% in Class 12 (Science stream).
- The annual parental income of the applicant must not exceed INR 5,00,000.
- Children of employees of Schaeffler India or Buddy4Study are not eligible.
Note: Preference will be given to students with disabilities and students pursuing the following engineering branches:
- Automobile
- Mechanical
- Mechatronics
- Electrical and Electronics
- Electronics and Communication
- Production
- Instrumentation
- Computer Science Engineering
- Information Technology
Selected students will receive the scholarship of INR 50,000 per year for four years.
Note: Selected scholars will get the opportunity to receive mentorship from Schaeffler India employees for 6 months, enabling scholars to learn from their valuable experience.
