ShaktiScholarship 2026-27
The Shakti Scholarship 2026-27 is a personal philanthropic initiative by Swathi Kantamani Charitable Trust, created to nurture and empower tribal girl students from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The program supports girls studying in Class 11, and provides a long-term commitment to continue supporting them through Undergraduate (UG)/Postgraduate (PG) education until completion of their degree.
The initiative focuses on tribal (ST/NT/DNT) girl students who can speak Telugu (mother tongue not mandatory). Many of these students face financial, social, and geographic barriers that put them at high risk of educational discontinuity. The Scholarship Program aims to break this cycle by providing sustained, multi-year support.
The program is designed as a holistic education and capability-building intervention, integrating:
- Annual financial scholarships, and
- A structured Scholar Development Curriculum offering academic support, career guidance, psychometric assessments, skill-building, mentorship, and life-skills development.
The initiative aims to identify and support talented, economically disadvantaged tribal girls across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana during the most critical academic years where dropout risks are highest.
